I think its done. I am not happy with some of the water....

Putting in the detail on the leaves, still working on the water.

Just about done.

Experimenting with color in the background.
Here you can see the composition. Its starting to come together.

I have started painting the only flower in the picture. I always seem to start with the part of the painting that most drew me in.

This is the same 11 x 15 watercolor, but.... now I know how to paint hair.......I made some tonal changes here and there as well. Her hair looks like hair now and less like yarn.
